| Harvest
It has been a very sunny, dry summer this year, there were a few days the temperature was over 39 degrees, that caused a early and a special harvest, the grapes have very high sugar, but less juicy, means we will have at least 20% less than normal. Many wine growers just came back from the holiday, or even no rest as usual before the harvest, rushed into harvest, we started Sauvignon blanc since last week, days and nights.... it's tough but great feelings....

press can press 16 tons in a time
a chain for white wine harvest grapes were transferred from vineyard by tractor, go through a machine to separate the leaves and the stems, then pumped up to the press to press the juice, then the juice is transferred to the vats for fermentation.
