| We have selected and presented Dragon Celeste
as an excellent new world wine from China, no doubt, it will play
its more and more important role in the new world wine.
Dragon Celeste is produced by Suntime Group, China , located in Xin Jiang province, northern latitude 44°, the same as Bordeaux and California. It is well known as a ' hometown' of grape growing with tradition. Sandy soil, sunny weather, the clean environment and applying french wine making technology, makes Suntime winery one of the best in China. This wine is vivid, fruity, with exotic style and a long finish reflecting the terroir of a high plateau. The vineyards is located on the massifs to the north of Moutain Tian and the river valley of Yili respectively, near the northern part of ancient Silk Road which connected the Orient and the West in the history. According to the history of Xin Jiang, the grapes was ground in Xin Jiang firstly in China more than 2000 years ago, it is truly an art combines the chinese tradition and the modern technology |

DRAGON CELESTE Red This wine is blended with 30% wine aged in new oak barrels for 2 years and 70% wine without oak barrels aging. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 5% others. colored in beautiful ruby, with a strong fragrant smell, balanced body with a long aftertaste. Excellent companion to grilled meats, pasta and exotic dishes. |

DRAGON CELESTE White 100% Chardonnay, colored in light wheat yellow, smelling string potpourri and fresh fruity, especially of Chardonnay, with a balanced body, tasting pure, sweet but not oily, moderate sour, long aftertaste. Perfect aperitif, excellent companion to seafood, salads, white meats and more exotic dishes.
